I am a self-made assistant with 20 years of experience with the Dutch government and in international business. Through the years I have learned what is important in organizing a high international agenda and giving the best support.

I love working in a hectic international environment where one is able to communicate with open mind and respect.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the process of incoming international invitations for the ministers and responsible for the advisory process
  • Contactperson for large international trade missions, meetings and events of the ministers
  • Responsible for the minister’s (travel)program, arrange all the logistics and protocol
  • Prepare and attend project team meetings, reporting in Dutch or English and monitoring deadlines
  • Contactperson for in- and external parties regarding the minister’s travel program
  • Contribute to preparation and organization of incoming and outgoing foreign visits at official and political level and support the NL delegation abroad
